Gilda Martuscelli is a hospitality leader and co-owner within Martuscelli Restaurant Group, helping oversee operations, guest experience, and brand development across some of Delaware’s most recognized restaurant and event destinations. Known for her attention to detail, creativity, and passion for hospitality, Gilda plays an integral role in shaping the atmosphere and service culture at Chesapeake Inn Restaurant & Marina, La Casa Pasta, and Klondike Kate’s Restaurant & Saloon. Together with her husband, Gianmarco, she is also helping lead the vision and development of Rockwell’s On Main, a new dining and social destination coming to Newark, Delaware.
